We are Senior Consultant Psychologists, trainers, and writers as well as seasoned psychological therapists, specialising in leadership, performance, and the complexity of organisational dynamics. As clinical and strategic leads of a workplace psychology service and directors of thriving central London private practices, we’ve seen first-hand how powerful psychological thinking can be when it’s applied thoughtfully to leadership, culture, and wellbeing.
